Job Purpose

Provides support to the purchasing process and assigned department staff with specific responsibility for processing bid and purchasing documents and materials and responding to related inquiries; and maintaining vendor/source information and inventories.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the position specialized in purchasing and inventory management
  • With knowledge in basic accounting
  • Must be keen on keeping documents and checking products or items for damages.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)
  • With knowledge in medical supplies.

Education

Preferably a graduate of Business Administration/Management or equivalent

Experience

At least 1-2 years of work experience in the position specialized in purchasing and inventory management.

Knowledge
